We really love this breed. It can’t be mistaken for any other breed for sure. In a way it has become an icon, a symbol of British determination. In its early life it was used for bull baiting, but this was banned in the mid 19th century. From there it became more of a family pet with people liking its friendly and amiable nature. Nowadays, it can be seen curled on the sofa, snoring! My, can it snore!
